About CUET UG
CUET UG is the national-level entrance test conducted by NTA for admission to undergraduate programmes at all Central Universities, and many state and private universities across India.
The exam covers Language tests (Section IA and IB), Domain-specific subjects (Section II), and General Test (Section III). Candidates can choose up to 6 domain subjects based on the programmes they wish to apply for.
CUET UG has replaced individual university entrance exams and has become the single gateway for admission to over 250 universities in India, making it one of the largest entrance examinations in the country.

CUET UG Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board. Minimum marks requirements vary by university and programme. There is no age limit. Candidates from all streams are eligible based on the programme applied for.
CUET UG Exam Pattern
Section IA: 13 languages (40 questions, attempt 50 from 50). Section IB: 20 languages (40 questions). Section II: 33 domain subjects (40/50 questions). Section III: General Test (50 from 60 questions). Marking: +5 for correct, -1 for incorrect.
