Cadets from Armed Forces Medical College, Pune, secured the overall championship trophy at the Inter-Medical College Armed Forces Games held in February 2026 at the Military Institute of Physical Training, Pune. The AFMC contingent finished first across athletics, swimming, and team sports categories, edging out competitors from the Army College of Medical Sciences, New Delhi.The annual games, organised under the aegis of the Directorate General of Armed Forces Medical Services, saw participation from five military medical institutions across the country.

AFMC Pune Launches Postgraduate Research Programme in Military Trauma Surgery
