Undergraduate Programmes (Integrated First Degree)

All undergraduate admissions at BITS Pilani are through BITSAT. The institute awards B.E. (not B.Tech) degrees across 8 engineering specialisations, alongside a 4-year B.Pharm. and five 4-year Integrated M.Sc. (Hons.) programmes in fundamental sciences and economics. BITS follows a unique dual degree system where M.Sc. students can simultaneously pursue a B.E. in another branch. All undergraduate programmes share a uniform fee structure.

Higher Degree Programmes

BITS Pilani offers M.E. (Master of Engineering) across 12 specialisations, M.Pharm. in 3 specialisations, and an MBA in Business Analytics. M.E./M.Pharm. admissions are through GATE/GPAT scores or the BITS HD (Higher Degree) entrance test. The MBA programme uses BAAT (Business Analytics Aptitude Test) conducted by BITS, with CAT/XAT/GMAT scores also accepted.

Fee Structure & Scholarships

Tuition fees increase by 5% annually for each admitted batch. Board toppers from central/state boards receive direct admission. Merit-cum-need scholarships can cover 15-100% of tuition.

Eligibility & Admission Process

First-time appearing 12th candidates only eligible for BITSAT. Board toppers (Rank 1 holders) receive direct admission without BITSAT. Admissions conducted twice a year for PhD (January and August).
