Placement Process

1. Pre-Placement Preparation (Year 3): Students enroll in aptitude training, mock GDs and interviews through the Centre for Career Development (CCD).
2. Company Registration (August-September): CCD sends placement brochure; companies register and submit JDs.
3. Main Season (October-March): Companies conduct Pre-Placement Talks, aptitude tests, GDs, technical interviews, and HR interviews.
4. Phase-wise Drives: Dream (above-threshold CTC), Mass Recruitment (IT services), and Core/Niche drives run in parallel based on company tier.
5. Internship Drive (January-March): Separate campus internship drive for pre-final year students.
